-       How do I exchange an item?

If you are not satisfied with the item that you purchased, you can exchange it in 30 days. To be able to exchange, the item must be in its original package and un-used.

Step by step;

1.   Please submit a request via an email to info@snobcreation.com within 30 days after receiving your order that you want to exchange. Please include your order number and the reason for your exchange. 

2.   Send the item that you would like to exchange in its original package. The item must be un-used.

3.   Please include your original receipt. 

4.   All return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

5.   The items that are not received in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received will not be exchanged.

-       How do I return an item?

Step by step;

1.   Please submit a request via an email to info@snobcreation.com within 14 days after receiving your order that you want to return. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. 

2.   Send the item that you would like to return in its original package. The item must be un-used.

3.   Please include your original receipt. 

4.   All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

5.   After receiving the item back from you, we will refund your money. The refund will show up in your account within 14 days; subject to variation in accordance with your bank’s procedure.

6.   If the items are not received in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received, we will not issue any refunds for your returns.
