Membership Agreement

1- This Membership Agreement has been prepared by 3S TASARIM  and its affiliates (hereinafter “SNOB CREATION” together, or “us”, “we”) in order to set the rules and conditions of usage of the website “www.snobcreation.com” (hereafter “the Website”). This Website Membership Agreement is executed by and between 3S TASARIM and the customer (“Member”, “members”, “User, “you”, “yours”, “Client”, “clients”) logged into the Website and/or the member customer at the time of approval by the member in the electronic environment with respect to the utilization of the Website. The member agrees and declares that she/he has already read the Membership Agreement entirely and understand the content of the Agreement completely and approve all the provisions of the same through login to the Website and/or becoming a member.

2- The Website and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of Use & Service, and any other rules posted on our Sites. Please read the Membership Agreement carefully before placing any orders on www.snobcreation.com. We recommend that you keep a copy of this agreement for future reference. We may modify the Membership Agreement from time to time. Please read the agreement and check often for amendments.

3- The website “www.snobcreation.com” is an exclusive website and may not be transferred or sold.

4- To use some of the services or features made available to you on this Site you will need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. The Member will have a password, to be set by him/her. You are able to change your password at any time. SNOB CREATION has taken all reasonable measures to ensure the security of the members. Members are also obligated to protect their security. SNOB CREATION shall never request the passwords of members. Therefore, it shall not be liable for any problems arising from the use of the passwords of members by a third party for any reason whatsoever.

The e-mail address that the Member provides during registration is exclusive to the Member and is for a single Member only; one e-mail address may not be used to establish more than one memberships. 5- The Member agrees that the Website may contact him/her in order to present / offer campaign information in accordance with the personal information and shopping details provided by him/her to the Website.

6- The member agrees that he/she will be solely liable for any damages and losses incurred by him/her due to any missing or wrong information that he/she enters during his/her registration with the Website; and that SNOB CREATION will be entitled to cancel his/her membership unilaterally without notice in the event of any misleading/wrong information and violation of this Agreement by the member.

7- Your use of the Website and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to the Content contained in this Website. All such content including third party trademarks, designs and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this Website are protected by national intellectual property and other laws and international treaty provisions. You are permitted to use the Content only as expressly authorized by SNOB CREATION and/or its third party licensors. Any reproduction or redistribution of the above listed Content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Without limiting the foregoing, copying and use of the above listed materials to any other server, location or support for publication, reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited. However, you are permitted to make one copy for the purposes of viewing Content for your own personal use.

9- This Website is for Member’s personal non-commercial use only. Members may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, data mine or sell any Content, software, products, or services contained within this Website. Members may not use this Website, or any of its Content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on their own website.

10- Members agree that Members will be personally responsible for their use of this Website and for all of their communication and activity on and pursuant to this Site. If SNOB CREATION determines that Members are or have been engaged in prohibited activities, were not respectful of other users, or otherwise violated the Agreement, SNOB CREATION may deny Member access to this Website on a temporary or permanent basis.

11- We may include hyperlinks on this Website to other websites or resources operated by parties other than SNOB CREATION, including advertisers and collaborators. SNOB CREATION has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Website and is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any off-site pages nor are we responsible for the availability of such external websites or resources, and do not endorse and are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for the privacy practices or the content of such websites, including (without limitation) any advertising, products or other materials or services on or available from such websites or resources, nor for any damage, loss or offense caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with, the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on such external websites or resources.

12- The Website is entitled to cease / suspend its operation temporarily or permanently. SNOB CREATION will not be liable to the members of the Website or any third parties related to the interruption or suspension of the system temporarily or permanently.

The sales of the Website are limited to the stocks. The Website is entitled to cancel the order and avoid the delivery of the products no longer in the inventory any more, and refund the payment of the member to his/her account.

The exhibition of any product in the virtual store shall not mean necessarily that such product is contained within the stocks of the stores the Website or SNOB CREATION.

The Website is only entitled to change the prices and properties of the products sold at the Website. In the event of any mistake in prices and product properties, www.snobcreation.com will be entitled, at its sole discretion whether to correct such mistake and deliver the product or cancel the order and refund the order price to the account of the client.

SNOB CREATION is entitled to make changes / amendments to the Agreement or include new provisions due to technical requirements or complying with the applicable laws and regulations.  The Website is entitled to change the status of services not requiring membership currently, to a status requiring membership, or it may include new services, change some of the services partially or wholly or may start providing them in consideration of some fee.

13- The Member hereby agrees and undertakes that the book records, microfilms, and computer records of SNOB CREATION shall be deemed as valid, binding, concrete and exclusive evidence pursuant to the article 193 of the HMK (Code of Civil Procedure). The Member hereby agrees, declares and undertakes that he /she waives from the right to object against SNOB CREATION in any dispute related to the validity of the records of SNOB CREATION.

14- Should you have a complaint about us, email info@snobcreation.com giving full details including date of purchase and order reference number where applicable and your full name and address and contact details. The Membership Agreement together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance to the Turkish law. Turkey/Istanbul Center Courts shall settle any dispute between the Parties arisen from the implementation of this Agreement.

15- This Agreement shall be valid and effective as of the completion of the member registration form and setting of the password by the User, and continue to be valid for indefinite time.

16- SNOB CREATION is entitled to cancel this contract unilaterally and at any time it desires.
